It's kind of hard to read the red font over the red brick, if you keep the red maybe add a stroke or drop shadow, or even just change the font color. I like your transitions. Overall I like the colorful menu.
Fix the contrast on the buttons. Change the green text on your menu. Make it black. You can try changing the brightness/contrast on the brick background so that the text stands out better.

Main photo still has red- (Photoshop will clean that up).
The main menu background text is bit pixelated.green text should be bigger.
i like the menu design. make sure to change the aspect ratio on your menus so they all match up in size. i might add some audio to the menus.
