I'm not really digging that font. Also, maybe just leave it as a text overlay instead of the text and square overlay, its a bit distracting. Nice design overall.
i don't know if you can but it would be cool to make the recording sign light up before it goes out. the menus and text look good together and makes it easy to tell where you are and where you are going.
Splash page should have the sign blink then take you in automatically. Audio Menu text feels out of place from the contrast. Good design concept. record should turn when song is playing. Why the black space?

Lots of content which is good. I like the simple fades between menus. Better watch the title safe/action safe.

I don't like the splash page. There's nothing that tells the viewer to hit [Enter]. A timeout of 20 seconds seems a bit long, too.
Choose a sans serif font face. It'll be easier to read.
